Last month we learned that crooner Frank Ocean has been hard at work in the studio working on his sophomore album and today, we learn from Frank himself that he is very close to finishing the album. In a new post on his official Tumblr page, Frank reveals that because of performance plans with Outkast and the need to finish up his album, he may skip out on Coachella this coming weekend so he can get down to work. So, yeah, he doesn’t expressly come out and say specifically that his album is almost finished … but it’s deffo what he’s implying. It also sounds like he’s probably going to go to Coachella since Outkast is “finna wild out” so, I can’t say that I blame him. My guess is that Frank‘s album will be complete in the next month or two and HOPEFULLY it’ll be out by Fall. As long as he keeps workin, with only a FEW breaks in between, Frank Ocean should have a brand new album for us very soon.
