Congratulations are in order for actor Orlando Bloom because yesterday he was honored in Hollywood, CA with his very own star on the famed Hollywood Walk of Fame. With his adorable son Flynn by his side at the awards ceremony and star unveiling yesterday afternoon, Orlando BEAMED with happy pride in front of friends/colleagues Forest Whitaker and Jerry Bruckheimer, as well as assembled fans and press. Honestly, of all the folks out there who have yet to be honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, I can’t say that I’d put Orlando Bloom at the top of that list … but I’m still very happy for him. I know some people are not impressed by the Hollywood Walk of Fame but I can’t help but continue to be impressed. The WoF is a staple of Hollywood. I think it’s hella rad when my fave celebs get immortalized in Hollywood forever. Congrats, Orlando! You should be very proud.
